Research Operations Manager - Clientside

West Midlands (Hybrid, c2 office days) - £31,000 - £40,000 + excellent benefits
A rare clientside opportunity to lead on Research Operations in an organisation operating across a wide spectrum of businesses and services encompassing education, arts, leisure and retail.
As a senior member of a large research team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3, organising and overseeing the delivery of a wide range of regular surveys including event evaluation, satisfaction, experience and perception research.
Responsible for the planning and logistics of the projects including working with 3rd party providers, you will also review, create and develop effective ways of working to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects. With a good understanding of the application and strengths and weaknesses of a range of research methodologies, you will also be tasked with keeping up to date with innovations in the research industry.
Alongside a track record in research operations and project management, strong leadership and people management skills are also a must in order motivate your team to deliver high-quality research projects. Expertise in embedding efficiencies and best practice, alongside resource and budget management are also required.
You will of course be a natural, engaging communicator and assured self-starter, keen to succeed and drive change in a dynamic, varied environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge.
