£35,000 - £45,000 DOE+ bens
Does your passion lie with social research?
This full-service agency conducts high quality strategic research for an impressive range of public and private sector clients with particular expertise within Economy and Environment (Business and Enterprise, Regulation, Energy and Environment, Financial Services), Education (Learning and Skills and Higher Education), and Community (Work, Welfare and Wellbeing, Housing)
Joining as a Research Manager (or Senior Research Manager), you will take the lead on a variety of ad-hoc & continuous projects, nurturing your clients as well as mentoring more junior members of the team.
This position requires strong ad-hoc research skills (ideally qualitative and quantitative though either or will be considered) as well as a keen interest in social and public sector research. You will take a flexible approach to work - able to manage several tasks concurrently, work under pressure and react positively as requirements change. Energy and enthusiasm will also be key, as will strong communication skills!
This is an ideal opportunity for a Research Manager or high-flying SRE with a demonstrable interest in social research to make a move which will provide a platform for future career progression. In return for your skills and experience you would be joining an agency with a truly dynamic, diverse, human-first culture, with a great list of benefits and a wonderful social scene.
