Research Executive – Marketing, Comms & Insight – Clientside (Education)!

West Midlands - £27,000 - £30,000 + benefits

A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to join the in-house insights team at an academic institution based in the West Midlands!

From day one you will have the chance to work across a range of research projects – from longitudinal studies to quick turnaround ad-hoc projects. This will include running a staff and student panel covering areas such as events evaluation (open days, socials), perception studies, student experience surveys, net promoter score reporting and more. You will work across the full project life cycle, utilising a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies (surveys, focus groups, interviews, social media, secondary market analysis). Research here is all done in-house, so it’s an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to maintain the fast-paced culture of agency life whilst making a real impact with insights internally to aid the development of one client.

Although this role is within an academic setting, it is a commercial insights role and therefore experience in primary market research (not just academia) will be essential. In return for your skills and experience you will enjoy a varied and highly rewarding role with loads of scope for progression!

Please note that this role is based in the West Midlands and the chosen candidate will need to be able to get to the office c2 days a week.
