Research Executive - Fast-Tracked Career Progression

Sitting at the interception of research, insights and strategy, this Sydney consultancy translates data into immediate value.
  
Multidisciplinary in their thinking, they harness sophisticated qualitative and quantitative methods and are known for their expertise in brand positioning, customer experience, pricing, demand forecasting and customer experience.
  
Their clients include many of Australia’s leading financial services, technology, and retail brands, such as Westpac, Rip Curl, The Smith Family, Dan Murphy’s, Hungry Jacks and Qantas, to name a few.
  
With consistent year-on-year growth, they’re excited for two Quantitative Research consultants to join them and be a part of their success.
  
You’ll be hands-on with all aspects of a market research project, from initial client briefing, quant and qual research design, project management, insight generation, reporting and presenting insights to clients, with a brilliant mentor supporting you every step of the way.
  
The work is varied and highly impactful - you'll solve problems and identify growth for clients – it’s a mixture of ad-hoc customised and tracking work across branding, innovation, NPD, pricing, segmentation, and customer experience. You’ll be intellectually stimulated, always,
  
From future strategy development for a global loyalty program to developing behavioural nudges to drive regular donations for a charity, to multi-market brand strategy for an FMCG giant and driving more females into the engineering industry, your work will always be strategically focused. The essentials.
  • 1+ years of consulting experience in market research or insights
  • Analytically minded with proficiency using SPSS/Q/Excel and
  • Willingness to learn new tools and ways of thinking
  • An understanding of the entire research life cycle
  • Exposure to quant tracking and ad-hoc research projects
  • Bachelor or master’s in psychology, Commerce, or a related field
