From helping a mental health charity improve their user experience to designing and evaluating policies for a government department to support those impacted by the climate crisis and tracking the moment behind cultural drivers behind sustainability, their project reach is exceptionally varied and highly impactful. 
  
Quantitative and Qualitative Market Researchers: 
  
As the team grows and partners with new social clients within the healthcare, education, disability services, tourism, and sustainability industry, they are excited for passionate and socially minded researchers to join them. 
  
Multidisciplinary in their approach to problem-solving, they combine qualitative research and advanced quantitative research methods to deeply grasp what people are thinking, feeling, wanting, and needing. 
  
Reporting to hands-on and elite leaders in the social research industry and alongside ambitious colleagues, you’ll have untapped opportunities to be involved in managing both large transformational and small boutique projects end-to-end with a core focus on: 
  • Client and project management 
  • Partnering with clients to deeply understand their problems 
  • Designing research methodologies - quantitative surveys, quantitative discussion guides, and screeners 
  • Fieldwork – IDI’s, workshops, ethnography, workshops, and observations 
  • Data analysis and insight generation in SPSS, Excel, or Q 
  • Report writing, pulling together presentations and delivering insights and tangible solutions that drive change. 
  • Supporting senior members of the team by delivering impactful presentations to clients and c-suite executives 
  • Future-proofing your consultative problem-solving skills and qualitative or quantitative methodological toolkit through on-the-job training, mentoring, and internal and external training sessions.

The essentials: 
  • Proven Clientside of agency experience within a social/ or market research capacity 
  • Hands-on capabilities running projects, initial clients pitch & proposal, through to final delivery, focusing on project and fieldwork management, reporting, and presenting 
  • Quantitative Analytical skills using spss or excel in translating data into stories and Qualitative facilitation experience running in-depth interviews and focus groups. 
  • Empathy and a natural ability to build connections with stakeholders from all walks of like 
  • A genuine interest in human behavior and problem-solving
