You’ll collaborate with senior decision-makers at Australia's leading blue-chip companies in retail, consumer goods, and services, solving complex business challenges. They are experts in large-scale consumer segmentations, brand positioning, customer acquisition and churn, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, customer experience and new product development.
  
The role: As a Research Consultant you will be involved in all stages of a project across both Quant and Qual methodologies. You’ll work with the client to take the brief and write the proposal, design questionnaires, write discussion guides and screeners, be hands-on with interviewing and moderation, conduct detailed analysis (Q) and translate that into insights and impactful client deliverables including presentations and workshops.

  • A solid toolkit in both Quant and Qual market research within agency or consultancy settings.
