While this role sits within the quantitative division, the agency works cross-functionally, combining qualitative research, behavioural change, management consulting, and marketing science – segmentation, conjoint, driver analysis, and path modelling.

Candidate requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial research agency experience in research/insights/strategy
  • Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Analytical proficiency using SPSS, excel or Q
  • Strong grasp of the entire research life cycle
  • An eye for detail and design with an ability to spot patterns.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking – you’re genuinely interested in understanding why.
This is the perfect role for an intellectually curious researcher who’s ready for the next step up in their career and is excited to join an agency that genuinely puts its people first.
