Research & Insights Manager - Healthcare Insights

Job description

They combine qualitative & quantitative research with design thinking and behavioural economics to understand doctors, patients, consumers, and the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries' behaviour.

They’re also known for the work they do in rare diseases.
  
Projects are varied across – brand planning, strategic road maps, performance monitoring, persona development, NPD, patient journeys,  communications and patient engagement.
  
You’ll work across all functions of the research cycle – project design, delivery & execution, furthering your skills in questionnaire/survey design, data analysis, running qualitative IDIs and online communities, insight generation, reporting and client resenting.  
  
What are the essentials?
  • 2+ years’ experience within quantitative market research (with an understanding of qual)
  • Strong quantitative experience and technical analysis skills using SPSS and/or Q
  • A motivated and collaborative demeanour with a natural ability to solve problems
  • Healthcare industry experience would be highly advantageous  
  • An inquisitive mind, an entrepreneurial mentality, and a genuine desire to positively impact society.
Whist their office is in Sydney, they are open to candidates based around Australia.
