In a nutshell they deliver evidenced based insights solutions, that solve multifaceted problems for commercial, social and government clients, across almost every sector and category type, from education, tourism, and healthcare, to cosmetics, condoms, and cornflakes. Source agonistic, they draw on qual and quant data, and work on projects from segmentation, branding and innovation to behaviour change, customer experience and policy evaluation.
  
As the business continues to flourish, the team is looking for strategic thinkers who are ready for a new challenge to join them. As a Research Director, you'll key responsibilities will be centred around the following:  
  • Building meaningful, trusted, and rewarding client partnerships
  • Leading multidisciplinary briefs from pitch to presentation (ad-hoc and tracking)
  • Interpreting qual and quant data into insights that drive tangible impact
  • Storytelling, presenting and inspiring clients into action
  • Networking, thought leadership and new business development
  • Adding a strategic lens and elevating the teams thinking and consulting capabilities  
  • Leading by example, jumping on the tools when needed
  • Contributing a culture of growth -mentoring, coaching, and managing juniors
This is an influential senior role within the business, and we'd love you to tick the below:
  • Prior senior agency experience in market research, insights, analytics, or strategy
  • An agile mindset, able to work across project and industry types (you love the variety!)
  • Source agnostic with advanced quantitative/or qualitative research skills
  • Commercially astute, unafraid to ask the hard questions and think futuristically
  • Expert storyteller, presenter, and facilitator
  • Equally at home behind the scenes, on tools and in the boardroom
  • Humble, influential, and passionate – a people person  
  • Ready for the next step seeking autonomy, authority, and flexibility
