£30 - 40,000; London/Hybrid/Remote

Super opportunity for a Research Analyst schooled in primary qualitative research methods to join the Insights Team of this influential consultancy!

Overall this organisation uses key insights - provided by its Insights Team - to enhance its additional training, development & leadership consulting services. With focus on customer service, employee engagement and reputation insights, your role will be to share impactful, simple and clear recommendations so clients can act upon them. Involved in essentially end to end activity (depending on experience levels) you'll be primarily working on high end B2B research projects for an exclusive range of clients. This organisation is hugely selective re the work it takes on, in order to maintain its reputation as a strategic service provider for the areas it specialises in. Your abilities to disseminate and derive stories from qualitative data in particular will thus prove significantly valuable.

Ideally then you'll have strong research/analytical skills in qualitative (or mixed) methods, be a confident communicator/presenter, and also have either experience or interest in a more B2B focus re application of these skills. You'll have had exposure to research design (surveys etc) and probably have worked either agency/consultancy side already, or in-house where you've undergone primary research/insights activity in the main.

You'll be joining a growing insights team whose contribution to the wider consultancy offering this firm delivers, is significant. In collaborating with both your team plus consultants from the training & development side, alongside direct work with clients, you'll get the full picture of how this consultancy is able to provide its entire range of strategic solutions.
