The consulting Research & Insights team in Auckland is growing and is excited to welcome a quantitative researcher to join them. This is an exceptionally exciting time for the business.
Fully immersed in every aspect of the research cycle, you’ll stretch your skills as you get involved in client briefs, designing quant research, analysis, insight generation, storytelling, reporting, visual presenting, and client management.
All projects are 100% customized ad hoc, ranging from brand strategy and innovation to new product development, customer experience, design strategy, and behaviour change. The environment is fast-paced, highly strategic, consultative, and creative.

As a quantitative researcher, you’ll have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to think creatively, drawing upon tools and frameworks in BSCI, cultural insights, marketing, brand strategy, and advanced analytics.
We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and switched-on quantitative researchers in the foundational years of their insights careers who are ready to step up in a trailblazing, FUN agency.

Key Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of commercial research agency experience
  • Quantitative analytical capabilities – SPSS/Q
  • Experience in the design, delivery, and presentation of research
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, clients, and situations simultaneously
  • Desire to stretch thinking and elevate design, storytelling, and communication skills
