Quantitative Associate Director - Consumer Evidence

The Opportunity:

Are you a curious and technically confident insights consultant? We’re looking for a budding people leader, who will be responsible for managing and developing 1-2 amazing consultants.
Growing in your insights craft by owning quantitative research projects end to end and guiding the team’s delivery, you’ll work closely as 2IC to an incredible female Director on the cultivation and growth of a killer client base.
Additionally, there’ll be plenty of interesting and meaningful opportunities to work on wider company initiatives and thought leadership to see you rise as a future leader in the business.

  Candidate criteria:
  • It’s expected you’ll have c6 years + experience in the insights industry (research agency experience essential)
  • Great at building rapport and trust with clients
  • Able to bring gold standard thinking to quantitative research design
  • Able to deliver presentations and pitches with impact
  • Strong critical thinking to tie everything back to the business objective
  • A supportive and inspiring people mentor
  • Buttoned down technical skills – SPSS/Q essential
