The role. A strategic partnership.
  
They are a currently looking to hire a strong senior researcher.
  
Up to 50% of your time will be spent leading a key Retail Client. A trusted partner to this iconic Aussie retailer, the team delivers valuable insights and strategic thinking to a variety of stakeholder and core business functions. Loved for their ‘partnership not projects’ ethos, for them it’s about sitting on the same side of the table and being proactive, not reactive. They work hard to deliver strong, nuanced and actionable insights and are seen as an extension of the internal insights team. The work is varied and ad hoc in nature. Think large scale U&A’s, customer segmentations, category entry strategy, futures and behavioural work, brand strategy, concept testing and much, much more.

  • An innate ability to connect and communicate – you’re a listener and a talker!
  • A desire to truly get what makes your clients business tick – to share their joys and feel their pain
  • Strong button down research skills, landing on insights that drive real change (Quant, or Dualist)
  • A passion for the retail sector and ability to co-create and inspire others
