£Excellent + Benefits – Berkshire / Hybrid (circa 1 day / week in office)

As an Associate Director within the dedicated research consulting team, you’ll enjoy a varied and diverse role. As well as line managing a team, you’ll relish the more strategic elements of the role such as contributing to innovation plans and supporting the company’s vision for growth and advancement.

In brief you will actively be involved in:

  • Commercial consulting – designing research and creating proposals for new business opportunities

  • Involvement in key accounts at a strategic level

  • Capacity planning and resource allocation

  • Developing and coaching team members

  • Ensuring high levels of client service and quality management

  • Identifying and running key strategic initiatives for the business such as launching new products and services.
