The role: Qualitative Senior Consultant
Joining the vibrant Sydney office, you’ll be an integral member of their most strategic teams! They are experts at translating qualitative insights, emotions and trends into insights that shape user experience, purchase journeys, branding, communication campaigns and thought leadership for cutting-edge commercial brands and social enterprises across all sectors from retail, fashion, FMCG, services, technology and NPFs. 
  
As an experienced and hands-on qualitative strategist, you’ll be involved in all elements of the strategic research process from proposal writing, running fieldwork and workshop facilitation to insight generation, reporting, managing sparky juniors and delivering highly impactful client presentations.
The projects they work on are amazing, truly at the intersection of culture, human behaviour, and brands such as:
  • Researching perceptions of 90s nostalgia and how it is changing the beauty industry
  • Investing in the growth of non-alcoholic brands in Gen-Z
  • Joining the dots between fashion, and female empowerment  
  • Capturing day-in-the-life portraits for a global FMCGs media campaigns
  • Exploring trends for sustainable packaging
  • Identifying new themes and experiences in parenthood
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience within a qualitative insight environment managing projects end-to-end
  • An impressive methodological toolkit and tangible experience running groups, workshops, IDIs, co-creation sessions and online communities
  • Enthusiasm for building trusted and strong relationships with commercial and social events
  • A problem solver, you can think both analytically and creatively, with an inherent curiosity and desire to spotlight how current trends and experiences will shape the future
  • Top-notch communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
