Online Community Insights Manager

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level market researcher to join the team that manages a high-profile insights community for a leading services brand.
Hosted on a state-of-the-art technology platform, the online community plays a central role in generating insights and market research for the customer experience, marketing, brand, pricing and products teams.
  
The voice of the customer is at the heart of everything this business does. They recognize the importance of truly understanding their customer's profiles, opinions, behaviours and experiences and internal stakeholders hold the power of research in high regard.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take accurate research briefs from stakeholders
  • End-to-end management of ad hoc quant and qual research on the community platform
  • Design questionnaires, and moderation guides, prepare survey materials
  • Data analysis and interrogation
  • Prepare story-led presentations
  • Community management and engagement
 Ideal Experience:
  • 3-5 years + market research experience
  • Evidence of building strong client relationships
  • Hands-on analytical and investigative data skills – Q/SPSS
  • Ability to talk about insights that drive business outcomes
  • A clear and engaging communicator
  • Flexible & adaptable team player
 Please note that while the team works fully remotely, to be considered you need to be living in Australia with full working rights.
