The team of 40+ researchers, strategists and analysts spend their days listening to people from all walks of life, understanding how they see the world, and translating data into recommendations that solve complex social and commercial problems. From policy evaluation, behaviour change, branding, cultural segmentation and new product development, their projects are an exceptionally varied mixture of tracking and ad-hoc studies.
  
With offices in Perth and Melbourne, they partner with local, state and federal government and commercial clients across almost every sector tourism, arts and education, financial services, retail, insurance and technology. The role:
  
As the Perth team grows, they are excited for a Research Consultant to join them. The innovative, agile, and flexible team offers uncapped room for personal and professional growth. Involved in all elements of the research process from pitch through to final presentation, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your qualitative and quantitative thinking. Your days will be an accumulation of:
  
  • Qualitative research – contributing to designing qual discussion guides, qualitative recruitment, insight generation, storytelling, finding wisdom in words & emotions, and delivering insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Quantitative research – data management, analysis (SPSS or Q), cleaning, coding, charting, supporting questionnaire design and report writing.
  
You must have prior qualitative or quantitative market research agency experience and are excited by the opportunity to join a fun, progressive and creative agency!!
