Market Research Executive, Clientside – Education Sector

West Midlands (Hybrid, c.2 office days),  £28,000-32,000 + good benefits

Are you a market researcher and ambitious analytical thinker looking for a new challenge?

This is a great clientside role for a switched on, insight-driven individual to support student insight for a leading University.

A hands-on role you will be working in a high-profile research team, creating and delivering market research that provides actionable insight to support service development and strategy. You could be responsible for:

  • Providing project support and conducting market research, such as surveys, focus groups and mystery shopping to deliver the team’s annual research plan

  • Conduct customer feedback from event evaluation, student satisfaction and perception surveys to deliver reports and recommendations

  • Undertaking desk research to track market changes and ensure knowledge of markets, audiences and competitors

If you’re excited about this key position, you’ll need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of market research/ insight in a business setting (this could be from your first role in the industry or a placement year) and that you’re passionate about creating and delivering the best market research solutions on student audiences for senior stakeholders.

You’ll need to hit the ground running so you will already possess a high level of initiative, knowledge of quantitative research tools and techniques and be capable of responding flexibly to a wide range of research projects.

The successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills and a highly analytical approach, an assured self-starter, with a passion for insight and keen to succeed in a dynamic environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge!
