- 2+ years of experience within quantitative market research & insights
- Understanding of the research process end-to-end from initial brief through to presentation and project delivery
- Strong analytical skills using/SPSS/Q/excel
- Experience engaging with clients
- Confidently curious and always hungry to know more
- An understanding of different research methods and topics, and a desire to learn
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients
- Able to spot trends in numbers and have a knack for problem solving
- Adaptable working style that isn’t afraid of daily demand and priority shifts
