Market Research Director - Customer Experience Strategy

Job description

This fast-growing and successful team of CX Insights specialists helps their clients move the needle on the metrics and moments that matter. They are currently looking to hire a Research Director to manage an exciting portfolio of client accounts across Technology, Telecom, Retail, Financial Services and Education whilst overseeing a small team of researchers.
  
Doing more than just delivering data they help their clients engage around a common CX vision from C-Suite to the frontline. And the partnership doesn’t just end with a report; they work at a deeper level with clients activating insights and embedding the required structure and cultural changes required to drive continuous CX improvement and customer-centricity.
  
They drive business impact by bringing the information to life through real-time dashboards, compelling communications, activation workshops, storytelling, and target setting.
  
The team offers CX Research and Consulting services across 4 key pillars:
  
  1. Relationship CX
  2. Transaction CX
  3. CX Analytics
  4. CX Advisory and Strategy

  • A CX Research expert with button-down Quantitative Market Research skills
  • A commercially minded client leader who is comfortable operating at the C-Suite level
