Continued success and year-on-year growth mean they are looking to hire a Lead Category Analyst / Senior Insights Consultant to work on two high-profile retail accounts.  
  
Skills and responsibilities
  
A senior shopper insights/category analytics professional: You will have experience working for recognised shopper research or analytics consultancy, or within a relevant in-house category/insights/analytics role with a retailer or manufacturer. Able to distil data into actionable insights, you will have a strong track record of working with large data sets (POS/Scan/Shopper Panel/Loyalty etc.)
  
A capable & commercial client manager: Confidently owning account planning and proactively leading client accounts, you will quickly establish yourself as a trusted client partner. Your strong commercial acumen will help both retain and grow revenues.
  
A true people leader and team player: Contributing to this fun and aspirational environment, you will enjoy challenging, coaching and training your team members, effectively setting and communicating expectations, roles and responsibilities.
