Insight & Analytics Manager - Leading Brand Transformation Agency

A rare and exciting opportunity for a full-service quantitative researcher to step into a truly different, high-impact role with endless opportunities for progression!
This leading global agency has seen triple digit growth and are on the lookout for new talent to help deliver high-impact brand re-positioning and transformation projects in the APAC region.
With studios all over the world and a highly talented team of designers, strategists, and researchers, they are famous for visual re-branding and changing brand identities. Clients include some of the biggest names in auto, financial services, tech, retail, fmcg, aviation, healthcare and more, and you would be hard pressed to find a role with more challenging, exciting briefs.
What sets this role apart?
  • This is a step further than classic MR. Not only will you be working on brand performance, brand strategy, brand expression, brand management, brand experience, and brand-led employee experience, but you will actually look at the financial impact of these actions - how the new branding is going to impact sales, target audiences, what the short- and long-term implications are. You will re-structure organisations, test the new positioning and work out the financial return

What do they want?
  • Strong quantitative research skills including survey design and data analysis. You must be comfortable with numbers.
  • Experience gained in a market research, brand strategy, or brand transformation agency
  • Someone who really understands the value of branding 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - real ‘get up and go’
  • Cultural fit. You need to be open, friendly, and kind as well as passionate and driven.
  • Broad sector experience or sector specialisms will be considered
