Innovation Consultant – Berkshire/Hybrid – Leading Brand Transformation Agency 

£50,000 - £65,000 + benefits - Full time OR 4 day week

This highly successful brand transformation agency is on the lookout for a strategically minded, ambitious brand innovation expert to join their growing team!

Focused on insightful analysis, creative idea generation, project leadership and management, you will help a broad range of clients with their future brand innovation from detailed insight in multiple markets, strategic and long-term innovation through to NPD, service innovation, brand, portfolio and category innovation and commercial big growth idea innovation, brand story, identity and design.

You will remain hands on throughout the project process. Playing a key role in running and delivering projects and developing both new and existing client relationships. As a natural problem solver, you will love nothing more than being a consultative partner to clients, using your commercial and creative skills to wow them with your insights and strategic recommendations.

Working across a host of consumer sectors (fmcg, retail, beauty, sport, household goods), your day to day will be hugely varied and may include (but certainly not be limited to): interpreting insight, innovation platform creation, copy writing, concept development, workshop planning, designing pre tasks and analysis, workshop material design, stimulus creation, competitor analysis, category coding, developing positionings and propositions, writing debriefs, and leading on creative strategy.

A high achiever who has propelled through the ranks in a brand consultancy or innovation agency, you will have c4-7 years’ experience in brand innovation with experience across various research methodologies. You will be a creative and energetic workshop designer and facilitator, and be fascinated by brands, consumer behaviour and different cultures. You will love working internationally and have a flare for storytelling with an ability to write compelling brand stories. Equally important are outstanding communication, client management and leadership abilities.

This brilliant agency is based in a lovely town in Southeast England with great transport links to Central/SW London, but they are happy for candidates to be based mostly remotely (with occasional travel to the office) and will also consider those looking for a 4-day week.
