Social research is currently in high demand; join this leading provider of social research as a Field Manager where you'll coordinate freelance survey/project activity nationwide!

Your role will be to oversee and deploy a team of freelance researchers. You'll be responsible for reporting, performance management, project coordination, and much more. Activity is UK wide so you can be remote based, and you'll be assigned a certain number of freelancers to manage, ensuring delivery of assignments to time and budget etc.

It's most likely you'll have previously managed teams in the social or market research/insights industry in either a field, project or operations management capacity already. You'll be well organised, competent with Excel, have experience of both line and performance management, and be accountable.

It's a lovely role for someone with this background now looking to step into a more remote based opportunity without 'letting go' of all that previous research industry experience!
