Director - Corporate Reputation Research

Job description

Looking to relocate? Sponsorship is available for the right candidate, but due to the nature of this role we are particularly keen to speak to those with UK experience.

This global research giant is on the lookout for an experienced, ambitious Director to join their leading corporate reputation team.
This team work as trusted consultants for many of Australia’s best-known and valuable brands, and are known for tackling big strategic challenges and unpacking the truth behind reputation issues.

From day one you will have the opportunity to explore the huge range of political and social contexts in which these businesses operate, uncovering fascinating truths and delivering truly impactful insights! You will help brands build stronger relationships with their audiences, improving the effectiveness of communications, whilst developing strategies to manage reputation risk.

Who are you?
You will be a dualist researcher with extensive research experience from within the world of corporate reputation insights. You’ll be a strategic and conceptual thinker with a passion for helping corporate clients build, maintain, and improve their reputations.
Absolutely key to this role will be your ability to build strong client relationships, and you must be confident working in a consultative capacity and advising on fast-paced evolving projects.

Ideally bringing with you a mix of both qualitative and quantitative knowledge, you will be able to hit the ground running and quickly become a key member of the senior team. As well as working across projects you will take the lead on driving commercial development and growth with a key client in the mining sector, demonstrating great commercial instincts and an ability to collaborate with other experts in the agency. You will nurture and manage a talented team, going the extra mile to spot and develop the skills of juniors.

This agency enjoys a great balance between the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of a boutique agency, whilst possessing all the resources, reputation, and diversity of a global organisation. Upon joining the team, you will receive an industry leading benefits package, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to become an integral member in a world-leading corporate reputation team.
