Director - Corporate Reputation Research

Job description

Our client is a global leader in the field of reputation research and management. The trusted partner for many of Australia’s most admired and valuable brands; this team of experts digs deep to unpack today's reputation landscape. Smart research enables clients to build stronger relationships with the people who matter most, improving the effectiveness of communications, whilst developing strategies to manage reputation risk.
  
Continued success has seen the team grow year after year and they are currently looking for a Director to lead some of their most important client accounts.
  
You will be a strategic and conceptual thinker, able to be bold and creative and willing to go beyond the obvious to deliver research that will add real value to your clients. Confident in designing, executing and delivering quantitative research from initial pitch and proposal through to client deliverables, you’ll get a real kick out of helping clients to implement finding and effect real change in their businesses.
  
Who are you?

A research professional – you will have experience working at recognised research agencies or consultancies using primary quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Whilst prior experience in reputation research will be highly regarded, we are also hoping to hear from researchers with strong skills in brand and communications research.
Influential whilst keeping it simple – you’ll have the gravitas to engage stakeholders at all levels, whilst building enduring client relationships. You’ll be able to communicate even complex issues and processes clearly and simply. 
A true team player – contributing to this fun and aspirational environment, you will enjoy managing, coaching and training team members effectively setting and communicating expectations, roles and responsibilities.
