The team comprises 20+ consultants with backgrounds in qualitative strategy, branding, advanced analytics, and market research. They have an international footprint with an entrepreneurial and flexible culture with offices in the USA, UK and Australia.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work alongside the Head of Quantitative Insights to deliver statistical analysis across various techniques – segmentation, volumetric choice modelling, pricing, market mix-modelling and max diff.
Advanced analytic techniques are used to service an impressive portfolio of big brand consumer clients within the FMCG, Food and Beverage sector to help with communication strategies, optimisation of package design, pricing points, new product development, range optimisation and shopper journey mapping.
In a rare technically focussed role, you’ll be able to fully utilise your data, analytical and technical capabilities whilst having exposure to consulting and client management. Analysts within the business work directly with consultants and end clients, with the opportunity to be involved in all elements of the research process, from proposal to delivery. You’ll be responsible for intelligent questionnaire design, charting, data analysis, reporting and quality control.

- Prior experience in quantitative analysis, statistics and or marketing science – boutique market research agency experience is plus
- Experience in customer quantitative survey-based research
- Proficient in designing bespoke research methodologies
- Strong technical expertise – SPSS, Q, Excel etc
- An ability to think analytically and creatively with an ability to translate complex data into simple solutions
