What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end outbound sales process: prospect, pitch, and close new business.
- Build relationships with marketers, innovators, and insights leaders across industries.
- Understand client challenges and position the platform as the smarter, faster way to innovate.
- Feed market intelligence into product and marketing, shaping messaging and go-to-market.
- Consistently meet growth and revenue targets, while shaping the future sales strategy.
- Proven track record in business development or sales (SaaS, insights, media, marketing tech or similar).
- Confident driving outbound activity and converting cold leads into long-term partners.
- Strong commercial instincts paired with genuine curiosity about consumers and creativity.
- A natural communicator, comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Competitive salary package $90K–$120K + commission (OTE $170K+).
- Flexible base: Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working.
