Brand Strategy Executive – Consumer Branding, Insight, Strategy & Innovation

Berkshire/Hybrid (very flex)

£28,000 - £40,000 DOE

This leading consumer brand transformation agency are on the lookout for a rising star to join their growing team!

Having had a hugely successful year, they have ambitious plans to grow as they continue to bridge the divide between insight and creative brand building for high profile clients. They believe every brand has huge potential to be a brand of the future, and by combining their expertise in research, insights, commercial and creative thinking, they offer a unique opportunity – not just for their clients, but also their team to delve into a fascinating world, ask the right questions, and do real, meaningful work.

The Brand Strategy Executive will work across both internal and external project set up, client management, research, and strategic thinking. You will be immersed in a range of projects from proposal to final debrief (and beyond!) enjoying variation across research, insight, branding, creative, innovation, design and due diligence. This is a hands on role, working as part of a team alongside client directors, consultants and creatives.

What will you need?

Excellent project management skills - organised, efficient, resourceful, a natural problem-solver

Be a strong creative thinker – open to new ideas and packed full of opinions about brands, consumers, trends, cultures and categories

Bags of curiosity about the world, consumer behaviour and brands!

Top communication skills (written and verbal) and an interest in building commercial relationships with clients.

Experience in qualitative research (workshops, groups, interviewing, ethnography) would be advantageous but is not essential
