Associate Research Director - Global Communications & Public Affairs

Central London (Hybrid)   £50 - £60,000 + 30 days annual leave + private health + other great bens!

 Brilliant career move to take your research agency experience into an insights-driven global strategic communications and advocacy group! Part of a global research network, the UK based research team is expanding with this exciting new role working alongside the Head of Research as well as experts in digital and brand strategy.

You will be an Associate Director hungry for greater responsibility, keen to apply new ways of working and help clients get true value from insight. With strong quantitative or mixed methods research experience, you’ll need to thrive on variety to lead a range of projects from reputation, brand positioning and market scoping through to communications evaluation, employee attitude and message testing.

Your clients will be from a mix of fascinating sectors including energy, consumer, transport, public affairs, property, financial and professional services, all seeking strategic advice that is insight-led. As well as being involved in running workshops and research events, you will also contribute to high-profile thought leadership research into subjects such as ESG and the Cost of Living Crisis.

This role will suit a researcher who is a collaborative team-player, as happy to be hands-on with projects as they are to train and mentor junior researchers. You will be quick to gain credibility with senior stakeholders and be amazing at client management. Experience with Q research software will be very advantageous.
