Associate Director (Quantitative) – Strategy & Insight Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid, c2 office days/ week)    £50,000-£57,000 + great benefits

Join the growing team at this leading strategy & insight consultancy and work on huge variety of ad-hoc research for a range of leading consumer brands!

As an Associate Director, you will take on a dynamic, entrepreneurial, client facing role and play a key part in the success of the team. From day one you will be managing projects from pitch to presentation, using your gravitas, methodological knowledge, and endless interest in consumer behaviour to deliver truly impactful strategies. You will work closely with other internal teams including a dedicated creative team, to bring data to life and build compelling stories to present to clients – be it through PowerPoint, podcasts, video, or infographics.

Alongside classic techniques you will be using new and innovative research tools such as online dashboards, video vox pops and apps as well as a variety of neuroscience research techniques. The team pride themselves on their drive and passion, but also on the support and training they offer, and above all they encourage enthusiasm, creativity and ambition enabling you to develop and grow your skills further and propel your careers forwards.

A driven and energetic quantitative researcher, you will be at home with both hands-on delivery and leadership, including developing senior-level client relationships and line managing junior team members. With agency experience under your belt and a strong interest in consumer behaviour and the future of brands, you will enjoy a prominent role in a growing organisation with endless opportunities to explore new thinking and methodologies.
