Associate Director - Leading Healthcare Consultancy!

About You
The team offer high quality tactical and strategic research so this role needs a research visionary who can create and drive new developments in the business while working closely with clients and colleagues and remaining hands on with research, working on projects from early stages including leading on pitches, running fieldwork, managing juniors and presenting high-impact insights.
You will ideally have extensive experience across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and have expertise in healthcare/pharmaceutical research. You will be a real doer – someone who enjoys working on multiple projects at once as well as developing business and aiding the development of less experienced researchers.
Above all you will be a driven, fun-loving individual who loves collaborating with colleagues. You’ll be on the lookout for a new challenge and keen to constantly grow and develop your own skills as well as the skills as others.
