As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you’ll partner with a diverse mix of clients ranging from higher education and aged care to tech, media, and financial services. While the role has a strong quantitative focus, you’ll also have the chance to stretch into qualitative projects, gaining exposure to a wide spectrum of research methods and approaches.

What You’ll Work On
- Brand Strategy: positioning, tracking, segmentation, and competitive landscape.
- Comms & Media: campaign development, cultural insights, forecasting, and influence planning.
- Thought Leadership: strategy consulting, systems thinking, and foresight.
- Innovation & NPD: co-creation, concept testing, product launches, and social proof.
About You
- 4-5+ years of market research agency experience.
- Strong quantitative skills, with some exposure or interest in qualitative work.
- Skilled in managing projects end-to-end, with a client-first mindset.
- Naturally curious, with the energy to engage, influence, and bring fresh ideas.
- Be part of a small, collaborative team where your voice matters.
- Work closely with senior leaders who are still hands-on and love what they do.
- Exposure to projects with genuine social impact, from environmental issues to education and aged care.
- A workplace that blends creativity with rigour, including in-house ethnography and thought leadership work
- Hybrid working, with 2 days in the Sydney office.
