Senior Research Manager – Research with Social Purpose!
Central London (Hybrid working, 1-2 office days), £40 - £45,000 + great benefits

A team of focused social, government and public researchers, they offer their clients a full range of survey design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, evaluation, statistical consulting and analytical thinking. They have an established track record of delivering quality projects to exacting standards and they are acknowledged as a centre for excellence in the provision of social research services across a range of sectors.
They are currently seeking a Quantitative or mixed-methods research specialist to join the team. In this senior role, you will have responsibility for the development, design and implementation of a variety of social/public sector research projects, covering:
Energy & Environment
Higher Education
Learning & Skills
Business & Enterprise
Welfare & Wellbeing
Housing
Skilled in all stages of the research project cycle, you have strong skills across project management, data analysis, story-telling, insight generation and presenting. Providing excellent client service is also key - you will help to answer difficult questions with practical answers whilst providing high-quality research advice.
As a Senior Research Manager, there is also the opportunity to lead, mentor smart junior researchers as well as promoting the reputation and brand of the agency.
Strong experience in either social/ public/ purpose driven research – b2b
Well-developed quantitative, mixed methods and/or qualitative research skills
The ability to lead and motivate junior researchers
Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management
