Senior Research Executive (Quantitative) - Well Known Charity (client side)

Job description

c. £34 - 38,000; London/Hybrid/Remote

Huge opportunity to join this household name charity as a Senior Market Research Executive in a predominantly quantitative insights led capacity!

As part of the Market Research Team - which itself sits within the Strategic Communications unit - this role focuses on areas such as brand health, and audience/public engagement with promotional/marketing and related campaigns connected to the charity's overall activity re fundraising and general awareness/stakeholder engagement etc. You insights will therefore help underpin corporate strategy. In so doing you'll be taking research briefings from stakeholders/key personnel etc, designing initial studies, outsourcing/managing selected agencies to carry out required research, and working on incoming data to produce communicated key insights/recommendations (mainly through quantitative analysis).

Ideally you'll be an experienced market researcher with good quantitative skills - work with online survey software, knowledge of brand positioning, a good understanding of insight is in relation to media/marketing is all highly advantageous; this will not suit those seeking public/social research roles, or broader marketing/communications opportunities in the third sector - it does require experience as a predominantly quantitative researcher/insights professional, probably already working agency side but looking for a meaningful, impactful change. Good communication skills are also a must.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Research Executive or similar who wants to do something that isn't just another agency role, to make that third sector move where all the (e.g. brand focused) insights skills you've garnered can still apply in a context that perhaps appeals to you vocationally. You'll be working with a supportive Research Manager, and there's lots of flexibility - the role can be as office, hybrid or remote based as is workable for both sides, and you'll gain a lot of autonomy within the projects you undertake, especially given the seniority of some of the stakeholders you'll engage with.
