Job description
Experts at delivering insights to inform behaviour change, policies, and strategy, this leading social research organisation are seeking a new Senior Consultant to join their talented and passionate team.
Reporting to a Director in the quantitative research team, you will be supported by a diverse team of researchers, PMs, programmers, statisticians and data scientists as you work across a range of exciting quant studies. Projects will be both quick turnaround and large-scale ongoing studies requiring strong client servicing and insights capabilities. You will have exposure to a range of topics and utilise both digital and face to face methodologies. Key responsibilities will include:

- Ownership of the end-to-end management, execution, and delivery of research projects
- Communicating with and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Leading analysis, reports, and proposals
- Effectively problem solving issues and adapting on the fly
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
- Mentor junior team members
