What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in research, consulting, or agency settings.
• Proven expertise in quantitative methods (SPSS/Q essential; qualitative a plus).
• Experience running CX or VOC programs and linking metrics to business outcomes.
• A strong consulting mindset: influencing stakeholders up to C-suite level with clarity and impact.
• Natural storytelling skills that distill data into actionable strategies.
• A passion for mentoring juniors and leading projects with confidence.
