It’s time to sharpen your edge as a strategist.
You’ve mastered the research craft, now you want the stretch - bigger challenges, smarter marketing thinking, and projects that make an impact. 
This role delivers with leadership of a high-profile portfolio of FMCG and Services clients, the buzz of guiding 1-2 Consultants, mentorship from an amazing team Director and an amazing array of projects that’ll go wide on methodology and deep on strategy. Such as:
  • Future-focused innovation and pack/price optimisation for a major drinks FMCG
  • Pack refreshes, flavour studies, and brand asset tracking for a major food FMCG
  • Foundational strategic research to help retailers like Coles unlock new blue-sky opportunities
  • Cultural foresight work exploring the future of pet ownership 
  • Brand tracking and segmentation to sharpen comms for a leading telco
In this role, you’ll:
  • Lead client relationships with clarity and confidence
  • Deliver gold-standard quantitative thinking
  • Run a mix of ad hoc and tracking projects from proposal to presentation
  • Push the boundaries of what strategic insights can do
  • Mentor and support 1–2 brilliant Consultants
  • Contribute to company culture and broader strategic direction
