Senior Insight Manager – FMCG/Charities/ Government/ Finance / Retail  

£40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits – London / Hybrid working

This research and strategy consultancy work with a broad range of big brand clients that keep coming back again and again. The agency pride themselves in being able to help embed research and insight into a client’s strategy and this role sits within their ad-hoc team which means variety will be the theme. They aim to inform and inspire effective business decision making and recognise the power of conducting great research to facilitate this process.

As a Senior Insight Manager within the team, you will have a real passion for creating and delivering value for your clients and demonstrating consultancy thinking. You’ll be capable of building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients and be capable of delivering across the project lifecycle including research design, project management, analysis and insight delivery. The client base will span financial services, retail, charities, government and FMCG. This position will give you the opportunity to work across a diverse range of client briefs that span both quant and qual methodologies and aim to tackle more strategic business challenges.

More specifically you can expect to get involved in:

  • Online and CATI surveys

  • Online and face to face focus groups

  • Online ethnographic studies / diaries

  • Survey analytics

  • Consumer and B to B research

  • UK and International projects

  • Client and consumer workshops

  • Creation of short consumer films

  • Presenting insights to clients

  • Coaching and mentoring
