This is an exciting opportunity within the growing Sydney team for the right candidate to take on a leadership role, consulting with major FMCG manufacturers, Grocers, and Retailers and working with the latest news-worthy technology to gather and analyse customer loyalty data.
Key responsibilities will include:
Consulting with clients to define business problems
Developing relationships with high profile fmcg brands
Analysing customer loyalty data and interpreting into actionable insights/strategy
Managing a small team of consultants
Working strategically, developing partnerships and encouraging collaboration across the business
Bringing new ideas and thought leadership to the team
Working closely with the leadership team on client projects as well as internal team/business strategy
The idea candidate will be an expert in shopper/category insights and analytics with extensive experience working with customer loyalty data. Previous experience working with fmcg clients at a consultative level will also be essential, and you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Commercial acumen, great communication skills and leadership abilities are also a must!
