The Role: Research Manager / Senior Research Manager
  
We’re looking for a strategic Research Manager / Senior Research Manager with proven hands-on experience managing ad-hoc Quantitative and Qualitative pharmaceutical research projects.
Reporting to the founder, you’ll partner with the senior leadership team, where your ideas will be welcomed and progression accelerated.
  
In this full-service consulting role, you’ll be hands-on with running projects from A-Z – project management, designing discussion guides and surveys, quantitative analysis (Q), charting/coding qualitative facilitation (in-depth interviews, workshops and groups), report writing, insight generation and delivering presentations that are engaging and drive impact to clients.
  
Everyone within this agency is a dualist, with the ability to run qualitative and quantitative projects.
You'll have experience facilitating in-depth interviews with patients and doctors, and hands-on quantitative analysis using Q.
  
The Essentials:
  • 2–7+ years of market research agency experience within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including hands-on experience with Q
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • A motivated, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, commercial insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong storytelling capabilities
