As a Research Project Manager you will help deliver a flagship research program. High profile, impactful, complex, and multi-faceted, you will be in your element flexing your strong research project management skills.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
Stakeholder management: Day to day interaction with various stakeholders. Attending meetings, distilling the important actions, and taking away action points.
  
Project Management: This is a large, complex quant survey with multiple elements and phases that run concurrently. Managing subcontractors, field, and operations teams.
  
Project efficiencies: Creating and implementing efficiencies in processes to ensure the projects are running on time and within budget.
  
Data Management: You’ll have a high attention to detail for data management and quality checking.
  
We’re looking for a bright individual seeking looking to increase your responsibility for running projects end to end, with senior mentorship and guidance.
  
Selection criteria:
  • 3-4+ years’ experience in quantitative market or social research
  • Social or Education experience ideal
  • Prior experience working on large, complex data collection projects – perhaps syndicated or longitudinal etc.
  • Previous experience in an operations/project management role
  • Team player
  • A client service mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
