Research Project Manager - CX Research

They blend technical genius with research expertise to help their clients truly hear their customers' voices. They are currently looking to hire a research/data savvy Project Manager.
  
As a Project Manager, you'll work on major financial institutions' CX research programs. In a client-facing role, you'll have the chance to expand your quantitative research, fieldwork, data management, and project/account management skills.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop CX research programs.
  • Coordinate operational delivery, ensuring top-notch quality every time.
  • Work with development teams to plan and schedule technical deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Lead communication and WIP meetings with key clients.
Experience and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a research project/account management or customer experience research – min 2/3 years.
  • Data doesn't scare you – you're confident with data sets.
  • Attention to detail is your middle name, and quality is your game.
  • Organisational skills? You've got them, personally and as part of a team.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal.
