  • They deliver community-centric strategies. They take the time to ensure they have a clear understanding of the community, and the problems or tensions they are solving for that community. This allows them to ultimately drive positive outcomes.
  • They are experts in community behaviour change and strategy.They leverage behavioural economics to uncover drivers of social behaviour to ultimately shape behaviour.
  • They stay customer driven. By focusing on the customer metrics that matter, they can evaluate and improve services, programs and policy performance.
  
They are looking to hire a Quant or Quant/Qual Research Consultant. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have relevant industry or client experience. As long as you have the passion and desire to work in Social Research and a proven track record of working within a top-flight market research agency or insights-led consultancy in a client-facing role.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Director in the team, you will play a senior role with clients, building trust and having strategically led conversations
  • Oversee the delivery of projects across quant (and qual if a dualist) research and behaviour change
  • Help manage, mentor and inspire more junior team members
  • Be innovative and develop IP, thinking and strategy
