Research Consultant - Leading Social Research Organisation

As a Research Consultant you will working in primary quantitative insights delivering ad hoc and tracking research programs throughout the entire research cycle.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
Research Cycle: Quantitative research design, questionnaire design, interpretive reporting, and analysis through to presentation.
  
Analytical skills: Flexing your statistical skills using Q, SPSS, Excel to jump into data sets and visualise data to tell the story.
  
Projects: Projects span campaign tracking, campaign evaluation, experience, opinion research and behavioural research
  
Client Relations: This is a client facing role building rapport with stakeholders in local/state/federal government, social organisations and NFP.
  
We’re looking for a bright individual seeking looking to increase your responsibility for running projects end to end, with senior mentorship and guidance.
  
Selection criteria:
  • 3-4+ years’ experience in quantitative market or social research
  • Experience working in social policy research preferred but not essential
  • Team player
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • A client service mindset
  • Strong data, interpretation and writing skills
