Research Analyst - Fintech (Client Side)

Really exciting Research Analyst role for an award winning Fintech based firm! Be at the heart of the firm's strategy and development as you get involved in customer, market and competitor lead research.

There's even a chance to cover some additional marketing activities too, such as blogging, social media management, and events. This organisation is long established, supplies essential Fintech solutions to leading international financial institutions who manage ultra high net worth portfolios. Working closely with the Lead Researcher, you'll have your own projects, and apply mainly secondary (but also some primary) research methods (including key qualitative activity via focus groups and depth interviews) to ensure the group understands its customers, the market, benchmarking against competitors and remaining ahead of the curve. You'll collaborate with equally savvy business analysts, developers and the senior team as your insights serve to both improve performance and also explore new product development.

Core requirements for this Research Analyst role include strong secondary research skills, excellent communication abilities (including abilities in report writing , blogging and presenting), and an enquiring mind.
