Quantitative Researcher - Apply Behavioural Science to the Shopper Journey!
Job description
This growing global agency boats a talented team of fmcg/cpg and retail brand enthusiasts across the USA, London, France, Singapore, China, and Australia!
With a digital first approach and a unique behavioural science framework, they help clients identify physical and digital touchpoints across the shopper journey that influence consumer choice.
As experts in packaging, path to purchase and shopper behaviour, they utilise the latest digital tools as well as their own proprietary software’s to define and diagnose the behaviours and potential barriers that lead to customers making that final purchase.
The Role
As the new Insight Manager, you will work on full service quantitative projects from brief to delivery for some of the world’s largest brands, translating data into compelling stories, and nurturing relationships with clients.
As you get to know the business more, further opportunities for you to develop your skills and progress will become available, and you can expect to develop not only your quantitative skills, but also knowledge of AI and qualitative methodologies. You will also have the chance to work on international projects – providing exciting opportunities for those interested in travel and cultural insights!
The team in Australia are new and small but well established! You will be heavily supported by the VP here in Australia as well as a brilliant, friendly, talented team in Singapore.

- Solid grounding quant research from a commercial setting (MR agency ideal).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills and a love for building relationships
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Natural curiosity, highly motivated and comfort with ambiguity
