Key responsibilities: Quantitative Research Senior Consultant
The agile and innovative quantitative division has a newly created growth role for a quantitative research consultant to join them, with the opportunity to learn directly from the head of quant.
A hands-on position you’ll stretch your skills in research design, quantitative data analysis, project management, reporting, presenting and translating insights into actionable and implementable recommendations. Their projects are 100% bespoke with stacks of variety – one day you could be designing behavioural nudges to increase charitable donations, leading a multi-country brand restructure for an FMCG giant or designing a new product for a tourism brand.
You’ll love the variety of data analysis, insight generation, reporting, client management and mentoring juniors.

About you:
You are invested in your career growth, driven, smart, enjoy solving business problems and ready for a forward step up that will allow you to stretch your critical thinking and consulting capabilities.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working within a research, insights, or strategy agency
  • Confidence with all elements of the research process from pitch through to presentation
  • An eye for detail and strong quantitative technical skills in excel, SPSS or Q
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage various clients and projects
  • Clear communications skills with the ability to craft a strong narrative
  • Other people will describe you as analytical, strategic, curious and collaborative.
