They intersect market research, behavioural economics, and human-centred design, using innovative agonistic qualitative and quantitative methodologies grounded in quality and rigour. They have significant experience reaching all Australians, including vulnerable and hard-to-reach communities, on sensitive topics.
It’s intellectually stimulating, meaningful, and highly influential work on a variety of topics, including the cost of living, gender, child abuse, disability services, education, housing, mental health, and emergency services.

The role: Quantitative Research Director
As a result of continued success and growth, the team is excited for a quantitative research director to join them. Their HQ is in Melbourne, so ideally, they would love someone to be based there, but they are open to top talent in Sydney who is happy to travel when required.
As a Research Director, you’ll lead customised quantitative clients and projects from inception through delivery, implementation, and all stages. You have an inherent ability to deliver insights that shape change and growth.
You’ll be equally confident in winning proposals, offering strategic advice to clients, elevating juniors' thinking, and playing an active role in thought leadership as you are in rolling up your sleeves, diving into quant data sets, and triangulating data into recommendations.

The essentials:
  • 6-10+ years of social/market research agency experience, essential
  • A strong quant practitioner with qual muscles
  • Proven experience leading customised projects from pitch to delivery
  • Strong communicator and client leader
  • Passionate about social & government insights
  • A people leader committed to quality & impact.
