About the Role – Quantitative Research Consultant

Research consultants within this agency collaborate deeply with clients and are involved in all aspects of the research process. With tailored 1:1 mentoring and exposure, this environment will accelerate your skills in client briefs, research design, questionnaire design, data analysis, translating insights into stories, testing ideas, writing reports, and presenting to clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Work on strategic tracking and ad-hoc projects, including innovation, segmentation, NPD, customer experience, brand strategy, and behaviour change.
  • Engage with clients in FMCG, Retail, Tech, Services, Finance, and Social sectors.
  • Expand your skills in advanced quantitative research, qualitative insights, brand strategy, data visualisation, and marketing science.
Candidate Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in quantitative research/insights/strategy
  • Proficiency in SPSS/Q/Excel
  • Multidisciplinary problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex data
  • Analytical and creative mindset
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, top-tier agency environment
